Well, today is a good day for me to note what I'm thankful for since I don't feel particularly thankful as my brother got exposed to a COVID person and was around my mother, so now we will be watching if they get it and also thanksgiving dinner with everyone is tanked.

My wife and I go to dinner every Friday and discuss business. 

But she’s a vegetarian and the boring roommate microwaves frozen fish for dinner every night.

My realtor happens to be my exwife and she was telling me over Thanksgiving dinner with our young adults that other landlords have been changing their leasing to 3 months rent up front and month to month due to the horror stories many landlords are facing now due to Covid.How do you all feel about that and what are you doing to make sure your rents are paid?
