Hi Christopher, if you are open to investing out-of-state, there plenty of other opportunities elsewhere, my clients are involved in institutional grade properties across the country.

As you could imagine, landlords would be filing claims frequently and all over the country if this type of coverage was a real thing (especially when times are tough, or during a period of inflation). 

The problem I am having is finding investor friendly lenders within my country.

Agree with @Dan Heuschele - you own property in one of the absolute best locations in the country...heck, maybe the world.

But it can be done and whether you'd do it, where, what kind of properties you'd buy, ... will depend on your objectives, financial resources, knowledge, connections, ...Also, opportunities can be very different from country to country and within the same country, as it is within the US.Financing could be different, when available, but a 100% cash investment can be more profitable than in the US, especially given the high interest rates.My best advice is to be clear about your objectives and narrow down your options.

Get an agent complaint from the licensing authority and then you spend days, weeks, time, money fighting the complaint vs focusing on the business.Also in places like Keller Williams you can get paid profit sharing not only on the profits of the agents you personally recruit, but on their efforts as well, around the country and around the world.
