Hi All,Going to look at a condo today that has the following properties:- 2 floors zoned as 1 unit- Floor 1: 2 bed, 1 kitchen, 2 bath- Floor 2: 3 bed, 1 kitchen, 1 bath- Both floors already have separate heating/cooling zones and metersThis is listed as a single unit probably because there aren't enough egress points at this stage.

Her father tried to be an entrepreneur and had some cool inventions but ultimately was never successful in business and the family suffered quite a bit for it.

Hot and Humid, but there is the Gulf or Mexico to cool you off!

But if I have it correct then cool. 

I'm thinking about buying my first multi-family investment property, but I have also considered waiting for the market to cool down.
