Hi @Charlie Gruber - did you ever get any answers to this or compile a good list on your own?

I have compiled a list of Pro's and Con's and Personal Experiences to help people find an answer to this important question.I have been a real Estate Investor for about 8 years doing all types of investing but mainly Buy and Hold and Fix and Flips.

you can either buy commercial compiled lists from aggregators, rent from list brokers, pull data from free online county sources (where avsilable) or pull yourself as some people do with probate records at county courthouse (one case at a time).

Always looking for new data sources so I can compile data and build my own analysis similar to the one shown.  

But thinking through a few items deeply is generally better than compiling a long, scary list.Good luck!

lolOK,  what I am looking to do is compile a real estate portfolio that will give my "financial freedom."

you can also ask to be present when the offer is submitted ... when i would do this, i would also compile a true list... ie: roof needs replacement  $12000 (include real estimates)  etc... to further justifying your offer.
