So....put it all together and....1) Create a Google Voice account with the Sideline number as the secondary number on the account2) Save the Google Voice number in your contacts as "My Real Estate Leads Number" or whatever3) If you ever need to access your Google Voice messages or change your Google Voice greeting remotely, call your Google Voice number FROM THE SIDELINE APP, as THAT number is the one associated with your Google Voice number.It's a bit of a runaround just to save like $10-$20 per month from the other Google Voice competitors, but....I'm rather proud of my solution haha.Thanks for sticking around.

(More typical for a C-grade 'hood is that you don't get much extra rent because the neighborhood holds them down, but the unit rents faster and stays rented longer than its competitors.)

I'll always do high-quality work, and if that means that I lose a sale to a competitor who is doing crappy work and selling at a lower price, so be it.

If I suddenly changed my mind, I probably wouldn't be able to remember the name or number on the previous card and would go with the next one that came in the mail from a competitor.

Not the greatest numbers, though...you get a little more rent, and a lot lower vacancy than competitors, but property managers tell us you won't get enough of a rent bump to pay for the improvements over 36 mos., which is usually my goal.
