@Jesse Kerr the disconnect, in our opinion, is doing everything yourself and keeping it in your head VERSUS a good PMC having to document everything and communicate it effectively to all parties.As the owner, you can make immediate decisions, saving LOTS of time!

I plan to move back to India soon and was wondering if at all it would be possible to remotely manage my properties from India (12 hour time difference makes real time communication a lot harder).

@Joey Gedgaud we take over a lot of properties where owner complains previous PMC:1) Poor communication, taking many days, sometimes weeks, to get a response.2) Maintenance work being done without notice or approval request.3) Surprises for extra fees, services not covered , etc. because the management contract was "simple & short" instead of thorough.

If nothing else I take responsibility for that and will work to improve our communication systems between our franchisees, client success and sales team that's valid.
