If you have a guest checking out on one day at 11 am and you have another guest coming the next day at 3 pm, then you have to clean, prepare linens, restock toiletries, etc. and make it pristine for the next guest coming through.

Our furnished tenants are class A so we definitely have fewer issues with them than the traditional route...it’s just a lot more work handling cleaning, linens, utilities, etc.
