Airbnb first property: items to get

Hey guys thanks for all the comments. They are super helpful. I love how a community of professionals comes together to help each other succeed rather than the opposite. This is awesome.

So my wife and I are starting our first Airbnb. It is a small 3/2 house in the city. We are starting to put a list of things to get ( I.e beds, couches, TVs etc), and I was wondering if one or a few of you could post or pm the list that you use whenever getting a new property so we can compare our list to that and hope that we don’t miss anything. Although, being that is our first time I am thinking we will miss some things at first. Thank you in advance.
