Has anyone have any experience acquiring multifamily property using a SBA loan like to get your thoughts?

Are you going to get a general contractor's license?

I totally get where you’re coming from—staying on top of market trends is crucial, especially when working with profit-focused investors.

And once you get a sizable amount built up in there look at some of the higher interest accounts that they have.

Nothing is foolproof of course, but having another investor in your market make a suggestion at least gets us on the right foot.

In terms of using BP - I highly recommend setting up some "keywords" in your settings so that you can get alerted to discussions that talk about "CPA" "Bookkeeper" or "Bookkeeping" and related terms!

2 bedroom 2 bath at 700 sq ft will be tough. we get 2 bed 1 bath in 668 sq ft.

No one lives in it and it gets hauled out a few times per year.
