Catholic Charities, and other sources of rental assistance; local human service providers; food pantries/meals on wheels, etc.; there are also ageing in place agencies that can provide information and resources that may be helpful to some residents.

We're not social workers and we're not charities, but we can guide our tenants to community resources in times of need.

I’d highly reconsider your attention, and instead volunteer in a local community charity to help the youth or individuals that need the attention in an appropriate way.
