You should have a Board meeting with minutes authorizing the bank account opening.

Typically each chapter would have a housing board, that could include alumni.

Search the boards on BP about a market correction from 2019 and 2020- there will be plenty of those posts and property values nationwide are up 2-3x since then. 

That credit policy manual is approved by the board of directors, Federal, and State Regulators.

The theme that I find across the board is that people will be fleeced to their level of ignorance.

To understand important terms and concepts, use resources like books, podcasts, online courses, and discussion boards.

Like most government programs, it did take time to get on board, but I feel like it wasn't too lengthy.  

*Due to my job, I have access to some brilliant people as well as trades people all across the board and will also have a broker's license. 

People always want to save money by self managing, but just take a look at these boards- almost every tenant issue here, financial, emotional or otherwise, is due to an amatuer trying to self manage.
