IMHO, they are not going to want to crowd into Casino hotels or highway Motels - they're looking for a family home vacation experience. 

Who are the big players in this arena?

Personally I would like to see that happen more often to put an end to these game players representing themselves as "buyers".

I hear it often from investors that are mainly in the residential space.The reason they say that is they simply do not have the connections in the larger player space as they do not do most of their business there.Just like residential investors have databases so do commercial investors and brokers.

Be aware that Baltimore is very much a cash-player town.  

The Atlanta Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) is a great place to network and get to know different players in the real estate game.

Unless its very low valued assets or a very well established TK type player that has deal flow.  

The local economy and players (like yourself) can and should get first dibs on the good merchandise.
