During the past few years, television shows and seminars have flooded the flipping market with people who believe flipping homes is an easy way to riches. 

@Joshua Meade I like the recommendations that @Corina Eufinger and @Rich Jordan have offered to you.

I don't see real estate or wholesaling either as a way to get rich quick.

Also I am personally a fan of Robert Kiyosaki, and he has a Rich Dad Library of books, https://www.amazon.com/default/e/B001H6GV90/ref=sr..., which I am currently working my way through now. 

The guy with the most 💰 here thinks Prices are rich today. 

I'm reading Robert Kiyosaki's book "Retire Young and Retire Rich" and he strongly encourages to leverage debt and not leverage equity.

However, like many of the rest of you, I stumbled on this little book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad and my entire outlook on life changed, and that was all it took to spark inspiration for me to take steps into the world of real estate--building the asset column, am I right?

I don't know if this is true with larger, nicer places, but I am always worried that dealing with rich people will not be as pleasant as they tend to be more demanding.I have 4 properties, 1 4-bedroom, 2 5-bedroom and 1 6-bedroom.
