I agree with the others that cleaners can handle minor furniture arrangement.

We've taken over properties with pretty poor furniture/decor choices, and been able to make large improvements without a huge spend.

I am seeing on a couple of rental property forums people offering their entire Arbitrage portfolio including all furnishings and furniture for free in exchange of taking over their portfolio. and of course the next batch a greater fools are all excited and want in. there is talk of 18 months until we might have this under control and people can travel again.

I'd also list out all the furniture, appliances, and improvements made since ownership.
