There is some truth to the idea that the work is the same on a smaller deal, the numbers are just bigger!

My local real estate investing mentor has said he personally knows the owner and that he’s a truthful and honest guy and wouldn’t be making up any lies about what he previously brought in.

In truth I bet the cash flow is better outside the city, because I spend far less on turning a unit than those in town do, I suspect.
