How can I effectively market my services to attract non-QM clients and underserved markets?

Not only are Queens and Brooklyn the busiest Counties in terms of activity (new listings), but they also have some of the most competitive investors in our market.Properties are selling for 8.5% more than they were in 2023, showing us just how desirable the borough is.With its proximity to NYC, numerous public transportation options, and overall vibe and attraction, it is no wonder why the popularity has been reflected in the buy-and-hold rental market.

Some property management companies offer a 0% property management fee in the first year as a way to attract clients.

Our rental is in a hippie town and we attract responsible, green-minded tenants both with solar panels and garden beds in the yard.

Our efficient project management ensured timely and budget-conscious completion, while strategic marketing efforts highlighted the property's new features, attracting buyers quickly and maximizing resale value.

I’m seriously considering deleting my account I don’t like the type of class furnish finders attracts !! 

It's in a place that's hard to see, with the front of the box turned so the markings are not visible, so it won't attract attention.  

I do get the attraction though from folks who think they can make big money quick..

We really stretched ourselves thin. we did not perform our own inspections because we were busy raising finances .. and our agent insisted we use the same company who did the initial inspections to “get a report in our name” .. we went for visual inspection with our agent and found the master bathtub was  upside down — they said there was a chip and seller was fixing the tub.

Even when they are occupied, guests are often away at attractions, with the house being more of a sleepover post than something they are living in.
