I live south of Detroit and I’m ready to start my adventure in real estate investing.

I'd like to pay off my equity note right away, but it's not an urgent need, as long as buyer's payments cover my monthly nut ($250 equity loan, $300 taxes, $75 HOA).This seems like a puzzle to me - all the pieces are on the table, I just can't see how to fit them all together to complete the task.

Not an easy task.    

You could find a personal loan or hard money lender to fund your next adventure, but the terms are going to look much worse than traditional conventional financing.

Thank you for the reply Monica.We are still in the early planning stages, but if we decide to go though with it, I would enjoy sharing my knowledge and adventures on this forum.Your suggestion prompted me to investigate renting my current home. 

I would recommend giving 3 VA's the same task and see which one performs best and determine which will be the best fit. 

I'd like to hire a Virtual Employee (not contractor) for these tasks.
