Contractor - strongly advise you to select a contractor with the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor; keep in mind that the contractor does not set the pricing (see 203k Consultant info above) but does need to know the different versions of the 203k, payment methods, timelines, paperwork, and processes; definitely don't want to work with a contractor who is going to "wing it" on a 203k.

If you qualify as an accredited investor, then you may also want to look into syndications.

Furthermore, you may be required to be an accredited investor.

I'm seeking accredited investor verification by net worth, but a significant amount of my capital is tied up in personal or bridge loans that are set to mature over the next several months.

My question is what are some RE investment opportunities that will 1) provide experience that will be beneficial towards my goal of owning an apartment complex,Investing in passive syndications if you are an accredited investor or investing in crowdfunding platforms that cater to retail investors.

Be aware that many of these require you to be an accredited investor, so you'll need to know that.
