Accredited investor verification for private lenders
I'm seeking accredited investor verification by net worth, but a significant amount of my capital is tied up in personal or bridge loans that are set to mature over the next several months. Does anyone know if or how this capital might be considered as part of my assets? I initially assumed that loans could not be considered, but bonds are loans, too, so perhaps there's a chance. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
