I like them both, in general, but the best way to find a town to invest in outside of where you live if it's not affordable and if you don't want to be withing driving distance easily (recommended) is to make two lists:1. every town you have ever lived in or visited for more than a month2. every town your closest friends and family live (the ones you like)Then you take those two lists and see where they overlap with the data or lists you are using.

@Justin,  No you don't need to provide notice however make sure to notify if you will be disturbing common areas, shutting off water to washing machines, having alot of workmen on site

It doesnt have info on tenant status but if that is offered on other platforms it seems like a great option to have.You'll need to cold call and follow up (mailers, calls, visits) with 1,000s of leads for the next year or so before getting a significant # of chances/appointments to convert the leads.
