Flipping is one concept I am toying with but also perhaps an income property that can provide a steady flow of income.

I've toyed with the idea of fix and flips and I started out with that thought process but then I was exposed to notes and it seemed so interesting and less intensive in terms of managing subcontractors, finding willing sellers and marketing the finished product.

I've also been toying with the idea of a virtual bookkeeper/assistant but I have no experience in that and not sure if anyone has had success in that area.Thanks!

We did toy with the idea that we paid too much for the property. 

I could toy with renting it furnished come June, but then that's another liability, and students tend to already have their own stuff.A short term lease until June is an idea, but I've never tested the market for that before.
