Bookkeeper wanted for Portland property management company

We are looking to hire a bookkeeper to help keep everything in order for our property management company. Does anyone know of a good bookkeeper in Portland? I've also been toying with the idea of a virtual bookkeeper/assistant but I have no experience in that and not sure if anyone has had success in that area.
