My name is Ben Rastelli, and I am a full-time college student about to enter my senior year at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) here in the Greater Nashville area.

I attended last year event in Nashville TN and thoroughly enjoyed both events.In fact i enjoyed Orlando more become i wasn't 100% hooked up on seating in the main room all the time.It as great to be able to network and get to know fellow investors and community members from around the country.

My last thought is just to say that I would like to do the 203K with a cosigner, but if not, I do have a loanshark, ahem, I mean a private money lender who is willing to make me a loan on an investment property I have in Nashville Tennessee, but because I would have to borrow it all upfront, and the rates are so high, I would prefer to do 203K. 15 or 20% down is not a problem.Thank you everyone for your comments and help.Diane Perry
