You should of signed a buyer broker agreement stipulating how much you're going to pay your agent.Good Luck!

In one of the cases the owners died, so we are having to find all heirs and gathering death certificates to show that the heirs are the people that can sign on the property.   

These small municipalities are all in Brevard County.I got a State license and signed up to pay State taxes. 

We have worked on improving the physical appearance and infrastructure of the park, updating the homes, getting a new sign, advertising it online, and creating a website (www.shadyacreshuntington.com).

From what i've seen, due to the way the city worded the form with this LAIC taking financial responsibility, I'm having a hard time finding anyone who will sign it.  

I would go extra on the due diligence e with this one or pass.Usually if the owner does not keep good records, it is a sign of how the treat the property, so, when they cannot provide it, I usually pass on them unless it is a killer deal...

I'm going to put this on a list of leading indicators/warning signs to keep an eye on.

I don't really like to companies that make you sign up for something else (like Twilio).
