Advice from Georgia landlords
I have three investment properties that are occupied by tenants. I am currently under contract to purchase a new primary home for myself. I would like to convert my current primary residence to an investment and rent the home. My dreaded HOA has a rental cap and there is a waitlist. Any legit way around this?
