It’s clear that Amazon’s footprint is one of the main reasons the market is booming, but education and tourism are also having a significant impact on the economy.

Primarily because of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, our tourism market is year-round.  

This is due to the demand for tourism.

Once this project is done, I plan to develop other projects as the area I am developing is hot for tourism. 

In bound leads from web presence, reputation and referrals.

Side Note: Agriculture and Agricultural Tourism is a HUGE thing for Skagit County.

The main job industry in the area would include the mines, University, hospital, forestry and tourism, the ladder which is rapidly growing.

I have attached a snapshot of the excel I have done (starting with Brandon Turner's top cashflow city list from 2020), and I have compared cities/states with regards to median home price, income tax, inbound/outbound characteristics, etc.

You're also swimming upstream on STRs given that you're in a city that has a robust economy outside of tourism.
