I definitely do not want to downpay more than 25% because i want to take advantage of the low interest rates.Folks please help me in letting know what kind of strategies do i need to implement?

It usually involves a bad thermocouple, a change in pilot flame size, position of thermocouple sensor in relation to flame, or simply carbon buildup not allowing enough heat transfer.

Texts generally include: putting out "fires", additional business systems to create/implement (marketing, buying, personnel, etc), my daily "power hour" (affirmations, exercise, viatmins, weekly goal review, etc), inputting reminders and calendar events/obligations, things to remember, ideas/inventions/systems to organize, book suggests, shopping items, daily tasks, phone calls to return, etc, etc.

This was something I found out from my years owning a construction company, something I learned to recognize with my financial planning and insurance background, and something I finally implemented with my current investor mindset:Years ago I worked for a builder who would borrow money out of his life insurance policy, he would build a house with it and sell it and put the money back into the policy while keeping the profit.

In today's reality with the formation and implementation of the CFPB and all kinds of publicity about investor and mortgage fraud, to the point that even some circuit judge in the flat lands of Kansas or hills of Arkansas is aware of the new laws, they will be looking at your deal.

I don't really need any help with analyzing this strategy, but I do need help aggregating some data to help me implement it.

All of that not withstanding, strong seller finance programs can solve the finance problem if people will take the time and trouble to implement them.
