Hope your "far away from other rental" units are close to some commercial.City or County housing authority keeps participating landlords on file and are usually happy to refer folks.

The whole thing to the WY LLC as it relates to everyday RE investors is that it keeps your name off the corporate docs filed with the Secretary Of State and in public view.

@Ben Lukes   Understand this simply keeps a debt from being double counted in most cases because the LLC/business that owns the debt will file a business return that will flow over to your personal returns.
