Not sure if termites exist in your area but here in the Bay Area everything has termites lol.

Basically can send out an automatic monthly invoice for you, coordinate maintenance, etc.Someone at a Meetup was plugging their own PM SaaS (I'm in the Bay Area so this happens kinda often...) and they showed me a demo -- that also looked pretty good since they had Twilio integration which basically allows for you to push SMS texts out to your contractors, etc.

I can so that Tampa Bay school of Real Estate’s online course is great.

A little late on the reply but I own property on bay rd in bonita springs directly across from the gulf but I was able to have the owner transfer his floor policy to me.  

I'm interested in buying Bay Area property off market to rehab but then live in it for a couple years to capture tax advantage with the gain when I sell, then repeat.

SalMy dad has a home in Union City in the Bay Colony community.

I own a 4plex in Fresno and single family home in the Bay Area and just recently sold a property that I profited 209k from.
