We plan on GCing the project ourselves, and would like to get several different plumbers, electricians, and HVAC guys (or gals) in over the next couple weeks to provide estimates/quotes.Are there any members of the community that know of good people that might need work?

That said, I'd really prefer my first investment be as hands off as I can get it in that I don't have to have a property manager or be the responsible party to get the plumbers/electricians/etc. there when the buyers need them.

WOrk from there to lower the cost.If you plan on erecting the walls yourself get an estimate from 3 different plumbing contractors in the area and 3 different electricians.
