Dual income household.

Kind of like and HR for living in the property, but more tenant support/resources kind of HR vs the policing layoff type we’re familiar with in corporate America (and of course, I’m not saying the companies’ HR department would play this dual role - that’d be terrible).

I know realtors I work with love doing those pocket listings especially if they are comfortable being a dual agent.

That can put you at 3 doors quick.If you’re dual income, just save one salary and start buying $100k houses at 15-20% down.
