Real estate professional status
Hello All, looking to see what you suggest in our situation. Dual income household. I cut back on my work and will be working only 7 -10 days a month. We have 3 rental properties and we manage them ourselves. My husband is W2. I will be working about 130 days this year.
can I claim status? How do I meet the requirements? Any suggestions on how I can prove this with just regular management and up keep of these properties?
Thanks!!
