Someone suggested Transunion's TLOxp.I was using Intelius, but a lot of the numbers I pulled are outdatted / disconnected...I'm currently using REWW.com to get vacant property / motivated seller leads, and some of the leads have phone numbers... but only a few of the leads listed actually have phone numbers.And are you cold calling your leads personally ?

There have been occasions where the indoor sensor gets disconnected which disconnects the outdoor sensor as well.

The thing with replacing cabinets is you have to disconnect plumbing, remove counters, appliances, do drywall, backsplash....They look like they are in good shape so I wouldn't replace.Once you're done with the reno, sell the house and leave California for TX or TN!

There is some disconnect when PMs work for the remote owners and it seems par for the course.
