Best Skiptracing Software / Program ?

Which skiptracing services do you use ?

Someone suggested Transunion's TLOxp.

I was using Intelius, but a lot of the numbers I pulled are outdatted / disconnected...

I'm currently using REWW.com to get vacant property / motivated seller leads, and some of the leads have phone numbers... but only a few of the leads listed actually have phone numbers.

And are you cold calling your leads personally ? Or do you have virtual assistants cold calling your leads? If you do have virtual assistants, where did you find them ? And how effective are they ?

Hello Sofia-

Transunion is great but can be pricey. I use white pages premium as well as people finder and locate plus.

Also, companies like propstream have a database where they can bring you leads AND find phone numbers for you. They charge .10 for each number they can find that matches the owner. (I gave you my link with a free 7 day trial!)

In the beginning, I called the leads myself. The reason why is to learn how they responded and came up with a script. Now I have a VA that I hired and work with call. I trained her myself so she can talk to them the way that I would and had. You can find VA's at www.va4rei.com (if you don't like one, you can always find another)
