I enjoyed the workouts but not a big fan of doing complicated lifts in timed race like format.Not a huge fan of the kipping pullups either, feels like cheating.Anyone here who has bee crossfitting for more than a year?

Also if you depreciated the property you sold there will be taxes on the amount you depreciated.That being said I am a huge fan of paying for homes in cash and having a positive cash flow right away, but not if you give away decades of profit in taxes.If it were me, I would look for a multifamily home/apartment for the amount of your last loan + profit that gives you a good cash flow in a broad geographical location.

Ask them if they will lend on line 120 of HUD-1 (..pretty sure it's 120) This process is a bit out of the box, which lenders are not usually a fan of.

I would be coming up with a new plan :)But if I was back in the day where it was just me (and I wasn't as spoiled as I am now with running water/TV/Internet and electricity, I'd have a cot up in a room with an extension cord running a fan so I could sleep.So it all depends on your comfort level.
