During his multifamily millions event, I'd say there's about 25% actual content related to apartment investing and the remaining 75% is Lindahl giving a motivational pep talk based on his life experiences mixed in with a stream of video testimonials.

I committed 100% and worked 3-10hrs a day following the process for a straight 7 weeks prior to the success reflex 3 day intensive because I believed the testimonials and his system.

You will also have a satisfied client who will be more than willing to provide a personal testimony to your work. 

However, after reaching out to two "testimonial customers" from their website I have been told that they did not receive their loan from Babylon and they they were not familiar with the names of the gentlemen I've been talking with.

Show testimonials of people who made money based on your deals.This should be a good start...Good Luck

If they feel good about what happened (testimonial anyone?)

Once you ball up on your first deal, tell all your friends and that will be a good testimony in order to get people to invest with you.  

Look for testimonials from existing students.
