@Danny BenavidesThere is nothing in the License Act or TREC rules that prohibit you from assigning a contract when acting solely as a principal, however, your sponsoring broker (when you affiliate with one) can prohibit it.

I would be nice to have someone by your side to prevent you from making those mistakes, but that is almost impossible in todays 24/7 society, so reading and most importantly COMPREHENDING what is read.
