Boy was that hard - it always seemed dishonest to me.They said send letters - say this "Wanted houses - all cash - fast settlement" - how was I to pull that off since at the time I had no money or credit and didn't know how to buy houses.It took a long time - but I guess I can say that after many years of struggle - education - trial and error - I finally made it ------- I still feel I have so much more to learn - so many more properties to control ---- I work smarter now - time is catching up and the clock is running - running faster now it seems as I grow older.First deals are memorable and so are the new ones.Charles
