I don't know if I would ever deal with someone who is being dishonest on material facts - 105k vs 160kI would always wonder what else I did not know

As an example there is one currently posted on BP with an outrageously dishonest number.  

It's unfortunate that so many are dishonest. 

In our opinion, Crestcore is one of the most dishonest groups operating in Memphis and has an abundance of irate clients that aren’t happy with them.

I understand it is important to check references, there are many dishonest people out there.

Boy was that hard - it always seemed dishonest to me.They said send letters - say this "Wanted houses - all cash - fast settlement" - how was I to pull that off since at the time I had no money or credit and didn't know how to buy houses.It took a long time - but I guess I can say that after many years of struggle - education - trial and error - I finally made it ------- I still feel I have so much more to learn - so many more properties to control ---- I work smarter now - time is catching up and the clock is running - running faster now it seems as I grow older.First deals are memorable and so are the new ones.Charles

I can't say whether they will make it harder to get a HELOC or not, but being dishonest will land in you trouble.

In our opinion, they’re very dishonest and from our experience, they won’t have your best interest in mind when it comes to property.
