Using tax-deferred vehicle to invest alongside with your personal investments can be very powerful.

There is so much to learn in real estate and I think doing a flip alongside an experienced investor will greatly straighten out that learning curve in the least amount of time.Happy investing!

They do have in-house property management alongside their turnkey operation where they’re essentially flipping homes to investors and making money on the front end, too

It just so happen to be along side of low interest rates and high demand.

One reason being low interest rates and inventory are allowing individuals and families to offer (high) on properties alongside investors.

Guys usually know other guys (guys is gender-neutral where I'm from NYC area ;)  ) that do a good job because they're working along side them or behind them, and get to hear the scuttlebutt regarding how they were as workers. 

Lets face it if the unthinkable happen were a tenants dog/cat or any other thing bits another tenant, visitor or young child walking down the street, we all know as the owner/investor/llc of the property you will be sued along side the dog owner by the victim for letter an "aggressive" pet into your property?.

@Ian Woods We work with an array of small balance commercial lenders and, like it sounds like you've experienced, the pool of interested lenders dwindles alongside loan amount, price per unit, and distance from major metros. 

After listening to many episodes of the Biggerpockets podcasts, I have been very interested in pursuing real estate investing  along side continuing to teach.
