During our crash course we have learned a ton but two big themes seem to have immerged: 1) Buy properties near your home (especially if you are a newbie) and 2) Do your math correctly and only buy properties that meet the 70% rule.

I have my appointment to be come a lyft driver on Wed. when I confirmed it there is a tab on the site that says  ( rent a car from us).. so looks like lyft is really doing what taxis do.. they are now providing the cars as well to those that wish to just drive and have no auto expense..
