Star Title in Houston is who they use, they are rude never on time and don't care about you either way,,,,, and on top of that if you want title insurance with HUD you pay for it, so when you are getting harassed and not helped by the title people, just think .... im paying for this :)There are some good deals that pop up, just do all your homework.

A landlord can be considered to run a business if the work they do is regular and they actively participate in managing their rentals.Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide has an entire chapter dedicated to the home office deduction for individual landlords, and with 5 star reviews on Amazon and updates every year, I find it hard to believe the book is 100% wrong about this.I am not trying to be argumentative; I'm simply trying to get to the bottom of this and figure out how to enter this home office deduction.

As a real estate agent, I have "Disney Area Real Estate Jedi" on my card... it leads to convos about Star Wars, which obviously helps lighten the mood, because most of my clients know what Star Wars is.. and then selling a house comes a bit easier.
