Most realtors worth their salt are already going to have investors they are working with, you need to establish yourself as a mover/shaker in order to get a realtor to actual do work for you.They only get paid if you buy, and there are WAY more newbies who kick tires than close deals.

We are currently negotiating on three properties and will hopefully have a couple under contract soon.Also, I have to add...when I left their office to drive back to the airport, my rental car had a flat tire and without even hesitating, both Joel and Scott jumped in and changed my tire in record time (photo attached).

After using Wells Fargo for my last two properties that I’ve successfully sold for a profit, using conventional loans, it is taken me almost a week to get from the same person I’ve been talking to for the last two houses to tell me that yes, in the security vehicle a.k.a. the mortgage there is indeed one line that says that I intend to occupy the house for one year.
