* Before this study came out, my thought was that since Minneapolis has been rated #1 in number of people biking, I figured I buy my duplex that is in a clean, affordable, trendy, low crime rate and close to public transportation type neighborhood. 

When the flippers come out in droves, I run for the hills to another market where the people are still unaware of the great stuff happening in the area to bring in those future jobs to reverse the trend.  I

This trend is also pushing values in rental neighborhoods.  

I've not heard of this being a trend?I

Slightly more enlarged, 50-70% cash buying in Ohio & Mississippi, 10-20% cash buying coastal FL, CA, prime Hawaii, mountain areas of Jackson Hole, Vail, Aspen.It seems the deep pocket money move to san diego and florida (lot of financial co in NY move there so the trend is very clear ). 

Fitness is a common trend I see here which is awesome!

But you get into the news when you are an professional Rapper, Sportscelebrity and moviestar and you just spend 20million on a mansion and how they bought 500 pairs of the newest sneaker while renting the whole mall for themself.

Not worth the trouble .. oddly enough there’s another trend I see new investors post up that seems to be a reoccurring theme as of lately , and that is closing on the property and not getting the deposits from the seller at the closing .folks you need to get the keys ,the leases ,and all the deposits at closing !

Good to know the positive trend is still strong there. 

Oh i see, yeah its a very trendy topic to talk about office to multi, but the reality is that its very difficult, deep plate, plumbing, fire code, parking, no balconies, etc.
