Every house I go to seems to have major structural issues or they are in terrible locations.

They're so ill-considered, with such terrible consequences for the future of our city, that I kind of want to up and move and sell all my properties, which are all within Portland city limits. 

I don’t pay taxes in the money I pay them, and they are required to list that income on their taxes.3) The point is that THEY pay the taxes.4) That sounds like a terrible idea.

Nearly everyone has a social media profile https://www.statista.com/statistics/273476/percent...and they spend an average of 5 hours a day on their devices. https://techcrunch.com/2017/03/03/u-s-consumers-no...Now, someone can either look at this data and say, "nah, that will die soon." or "social media is terrible, it's ripping apart society", "social media will have no effect on business" or "con artists and marketing teams have figured out how easy it is to use social media against you" and leave it at that.

Several of my friends and colleagues (stock folks) have the same good problem I do (a bit of capital / terrible diversification / little passive income).

Then I boot them out and am left with all these terrible liens on the property. 

Most designers work on high dollar and high budget projects that are created to be unique which is a terrible fit for flipping anything but very high dollar homes.

Terrible person?

anything multifamily and 10 cap is getting difficult outside of terrible neighborhoods. 

Those aren't a terrible way to go if you have an easy search system.
