Does anyone know if the surrounding areas in Dallas are affected by Short-Term Rental restrictions?

So I looked into it and found that the city is expanding faster than the current infrastructure can support so they had to raise water rates to fund expanding their water and sewer systems.

By leveraging platforms like Airbnb or VRBO, you can capitalize on the tourist market and potentially generate higher rental income compared to traditional long-term rentals.Speculative Value Growth: Hollywood has seen significant development and revitalization in recent years, with ongoing infrastructure improvements and new attractions.

It creates inventory on the market that wasn't there before and increases surrounding home values in the process. 

Nashville has blown up the last few years and I am now starting to turn a lot of attention towards Chattanooga and Knoxville as well as those smaller surrounding markets around Nashville.

If Chicago or the surrounds suburbs is a place of interest let me know and I can make introductions to great agents, investment groups, wholesales, trades, etc. 

I think this is informative for investors looking at the downtown business district, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. 

Idk, i can buy 2 condos in miami for that..I talked w locals, the problem is the infrastructure.

The appreciation is definitely a big aspect of it, its surrounded by moderate density projects that have just been rezoned and its in a zoning node.I also believe I got it below market value enough that I could resell it and make a profit instantly, so that played a part in the investment for me

Additionally, keep an eye on the local economy and any upcoming developments or infrastructure projects that could impact property values and rental demand.
