As long as you surround yourself with the right people and the positive energy, you will grow as fast as I did.

If it's an older building surrounded now or in the past by mature trees with serious root systems, there's a chance the main sewer line to the stretet is leaking.

Might want to investigate that with insurance provider and also make sure all fences and gates surrounding it are to code with the proper gate locks.

One is a house on Julia Dr that clearly hasn't been occupied in a while, IS overgrown and getting swallowed up by its own yard, IS NOT on the market, and IS  completely surrounded by well maintained houses and lawns.
