I haven't wholesaled, but from what I've read, if you find a smoking deal, you will have no problem finding buyers.

Minh saw my home that I built all in for 110 a sq ft. and I am not sure if I showed him my spec around the corner that I built for 105 a sq but they are certainly of a quality that would sell on the peninsula.I am going to move my guys from OR  pay them double and still build at 200 a sq>anyone got a place we can rent for 700 a month we won't smoke in the unit and I will make sure they are well behaved :)

I do it every 6 months.Tell them it is to inspect smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Cash flow around here is usually pretty tough upon initial purchase unless you get a smoking hot deal, force a ton of appreciation (I.e buy a shell and put more into fixing it than you paid) or put down a really big downpayment to lower your financing costs.
