BRRRR properties are a special breed… meaning they are hard to find right now.  

Are there particular ones you wont allow(big, small, certain breeds)? 

When it comes to that though, beware of the competition and make sure you own a best-of-breed property.

I like Stark and Summit counties because it's where I live and know the sweet spots for decent schools yet lower property values.Massillon is a very strong football community that breeds a "born here stay here" mentality.  

I have had a lot of people damage.I try and eliminate carpet and add fenced back yards to attract pet owners.Do not allow aggressive breed dogs to avoid having the insurance company cancel the policy.You can google typical aggressive breed dogs to find pets you should not allow.

However no breeds restricted by my insurance.

Are multifamily brokers less motivated or not interested in taking on more business, or are they just a different breed?
