To me that is beyond belief, but my interactions with tenants over many years have borne this out. 

Actually guys, contrary to common belief, ALL FHA loans are assumable, assuming the buyer meets the standard borrower qualifications, as opposed to Conventional loans which are not assumable.  

From my belief system...I would send a pray up and out for her.....this will come back and not in a good way....
