You, the borrower, should know that the three major private/hard money loan requirements are credit score, reserves, and real estate experience.Just be aware of that.

@Mark Towey I don't "farm" areas personally, it doesn't really fit the niche I'm personally going after, but what I have heard from some major agents in my market lately is that farming is not near as productive as it used to. 

With real estate being alot cheaper in other states, would love to hear how they would do there house hacks. 

(He keeps indicating that he'd rather we just use his title agent.)
